The Fundamentals
Collaborative learning
To achieve lasting results one should preferably only invest in developing individual leadership competences when simultaneously being committed to develop the context in which this individual is supposed to lead and operate…
That is why we encourage you to take the deep dive with your Key Relevant Others; with a team of ‘interdependent’ players who are sharing — or supposed to share — the same goals and/or strategic aspirations.
This Executive (Team) InterChange will equip you and the team with the same language, methodologies and competences to create engagement, exceptional performance and innovation.
This collaborative learning process helps you see the rules and mindsets that oppose or support the change. You leave with key commitments, and a clearer view of how to push through old barriers of thinking and realign your paradigms with current and future objectives.

Module 1 · 2 × 90′
The Skills and Engagement Challenge
Setting the scene · Taking Ownership of the Change Process
Alongside the philosophy and values, you meet the real-time co-development concept and orient the learning. Two questions sit at the centre: how can I influence the engagement of the relevant others I depend on, and what is the importance of having or creating options?
Current contextual issues are reframed in an Architecture-Commitment model. The session also illustrates the distinction between management and leadership, and what it takes for an MBA to generate the expected return.

Module 2 · 2 × 90′
The power of Human Operating Systems
Diversity as a Source of Chaos · Scanning the context and charting polarities
You experience how Human Operating Systems shape private and professional reality, and what it takes to change: redefining paradigms so they line up with current and future objectives, and deciding what you can do differently.
How you chart the polarities in your own context and treat them as a competitive advantage.

Module 3 · 2 × 90′
Diversity as Creative Potential
The Dynamics of Co-Creation
Managing diversity by integrating differences in perspective rather than avoiding them. Individual success is largely defined by the environment. Creating “Win-With” outcomes to make the system thrive and prosper.
Co-Creation as a collaborative process for creativity, productivity, team performance and intercultural understanding. Mastering the skills, methods and conditions to build shared solutions while reducing blind spots and fostering deep engagement.
-
Module 4 · 2 × 90′
Meeting of Minds in Real Time
Adopting new Operating Paradigms
Engaging with diversity requires being explicit and authentic about assumptions, data and reasoning. The conditions, supporting mindsets and values for co-creation at all systemic interfaces (personal, group, organisational, cultural).
Creating trustful stakeholder relationships and commitment through a different way of thinking.
